Professional Development
The standard starts before deployment.
The agents in the DAW Network are expected to think, not just react. Judgment, planning, advance work, and professional discretion are not instincts — they are developed.
DAW Special Projects was built by members of our network to codify exactly that standard in a structured, assessment-gated training program. We recommend it without reservation.
DAW Special projects
Executive Protection Membership Program
A structured, online professional development program built around the skills that determine EP careers — judgment, planning, communication, and field-ready decision-making.
Twelve modules across three sequential tiers. Every module is gated by an assessment. The program ends with a facilitator-reviewed capstone.
A Program Built for Serious Candidates
Each tier must be earned before the next unlocks. This is not passive completion — it is demonstrated comprehension at every stage.
Tier 1 — Foundation
4 modules · 7–8 hours
EP industry landscape, professionalism, prevention-first mindset.
Tier 2 — Operational
4 modules · 8–10 hours
Threat assessment, digital security, legal foundations, advance work.
Tier 3 — Professional
4 modules + Capstone · 10–12 hours
Travel security, documentation, career readiness, EP readiness plan.
Why This Program
Built to the standard we hold our own agents to.
01 — Judgment Over Tactics
The program builds cognitive frameworks first. An agent with good judgment and no tactics is more valuable than an agent with strong tactics and poor judgment.
This program understands that.
02 — Assessment-Gated Progression
Every module requires demonstrated comprehension before the next unlocks. No passive completion.
Students earn each tier — they don't just purchase it.
03 — Facilitator Review
The capstone is reviewed by a human facilitator, not auto-graded. Students submit work evaluated to a professional standard.
The same standard expected in the field.
